Villa Bord de Mer Piscine chauffée is located in Plouha and is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. The 70 m² property features a living room, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, and an extra toilet, accommodating up to six guests. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), TV, washing machine, as well as children's books and toys. A baby cot is also available. The property does not offer air conditioning or bath towels. Outside, you can enjoy a private heated pool, garden, open-air terrace, and barbecue. Guests also have access to a shared fenced pool. Additional amenities include a smart TV with streaming services. Please note, this property does not offer Wi-Fi or air conditioning. The house is close to the beach and just 100 m from a café with live music on Friday evenings. There is a large market in Paimpol on Tuesday mornings, and public recreational events are organized in the village during summer. Families with children are welcome. One pet is allowed for an extra fee. Smoking is not permitted. Bed linens are provided and beds will be made upon your arrival. Check-in is from 4:00 pm (earlier check-in subject to availability), and check-out is by 10:00 am. The property has guidelines to help you sort your waste correctly.
